How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Simply reach out through our contact form, and we'll get back to you to discuss your needs and availability. Once we confirm details, we’ll send over a contract and invoice to secure your spot.
Do you offer prints or albums?
While we don’t offer prints or albums directly, once your gallery is delivered, you can download as many images as you like and print them through any third-party vendor of your choice!
What should I wear to my session?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! We recommend soft, neutral tones for a timeless look. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’d be happy to help with styling tips!
Can I share my photos on social media?
Absolutely! We love seeing your photos shared. Just remember to tag us — we’d love to see how you use your images!
When will I receive my photos?
We know you're excited! For most sessions, your edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 4-6 weeks. For weddings, expect your full gallery in 8-16 weeks, depending on your selected packaage. And, we’ll send over sneak peeks within 72 hours.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible. Keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling.
Weddings
How does payment work?
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due when the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due on your wedding day. Payment plans are available upon request — just ask!
What’s the typical timeline for a wedding session?
Our wedding photography packages are designed to fit your day perfectly. Generally, we recommend 8 hours of coverage for a well-rounded timeline, but we can tailor our services to fit your unique needs. We’ll work with you to create a custom timeline that ensures we capture every special moment, from getting ready to the final dance.
Will I receive sneak peeks or do I have to wait for my whole gallery?
Great news — you’ll definitely get sneak peeks! For all packages, we’ll send you sneak peeks within the week of your wedding day. Whether you’ve chosen The Essentials Collection, The Storyteller Collection, or The Signature Collection, we’ll keep you excited while we work on editing the full gallery.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. If you're rescheduling, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. If we're unavailable, we’ll share trusted recommendations for photographers in the area who match our style.
Are engagement sessions included in any of your packages?
Yes! An engagement session is included in The Signature Collection. For The Essentials Collection, we offer a discounted engagement session to capture those special pre-wedding moments at a great price.
Can we send you our Pinterest board?
Yes, please! I love seeing your inspiration — it helps me understand your vibe and what you're drawn to. Just remember: while I’ll never copy exact poses or styles, your vision helps guide how I tell your unique story.
Do you offer packages?
Yes, we offer three thoughtfully designed packages: The Essentials Collection, The Storyteller Collection, and The Signature Collection. During our consultation, we’ll walk you through the details of each package to help you choose the one that best fits your needs and vision for the big day!
How long will it take to receive my images?
For The Essentials Collection and The Storyteller Collection, you can expect your edited images within 12 to 16 weeks. However, with The Signature Collection, you’ll receive your images within 8 weeks.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! We love capturing weddings in all kinds of beautiful locations. Whether you’re getting married in a cozy local venue or somewhere a bit farther away, we’re happy to travel. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside the Tampa Bay area, and we’ll provide all the details during our consultation.
